I make the Bottle Cap pen with a real cap that I hammer flat with a jeweler's hammer and anvil. After picking a background to compliment the cap I roll it around the pen barrel. I then cast it in resin and turn like any other pen. This one is in a Serra style with Carbon fiber and Copper foil background.
With the Sticker pen, I choose a complementary background then apply stickers some of them from the 50s & 60s. I then cast them in resin and turn like any other pen. I've done them with Micky and Mini, Betty Boop, Jetsons, stickers, etc. This one is Betty Boop in the Elegant Sierra® style in satin chrome and chrome.
I make them from the hard shell of the jeweled beetle from Asia. I cut them and glue them in several patterns and cast them in resin, hand turn each one and polish. I make them in most styles of pens. This one is a Sierra style in chrome & carbon fiber finish.
I use the skeletons of the Cholla & Prickly Pear Cactus, Pine, Spruce & Hemlock cones that I cast in different resins. I then cast it in resin and turn like any other pen. This one is in a Serra style made with Cholla cactus and resin.
